1.   For any changes or cancellations to an existing reservation less than 24 hours to pick-up time, your request needs to be made only by phone, not by email.

2.   Our cancellation policy is 6 hours prior to pick-up for arrivals/departures. For charters, limos, buses and large vehicles cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your pick-up time.

3.   A standby fee of $15.00 will be applied for every 15 minutes or part there of past the initial pick-up time. This applies to field pick-ups only and not airport pick-ups.

4.   Any additional stops requested after your pick-up or drop-off,  there will be an additional $25.00 charge if in the same pick-up/drop-off city. Outside of pick-up/drop-off city the charge is based on zones.

5.   Effective immediately there will be an additional surcharge of $25 for arrivals/departures between the hours of  11:15 p.m. and 6 a.m...... No rate adjustments will be made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up tim
