All reservations for car service can be cancelled by customer before the driver is enroute to the scheduled pick-up with no penalty. If customer cancellation occurs while the driver is en route to reservation, up to 100% of the SUB NET TOTAL may be charged to your reservation agreement. All Party/ Limo Buses, Stretch Limos & Hourly car service Deposits are Non Refundable. The Deposit can be used towards future resevations.

The balance for all reservations will be applied the week before the pick-up with the same credit card on file.

All commerical vehicle (buses & limos) deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. The deposit can be used towards future bookings in Dane County. The balance of your event will be applied the week of the pick-up with the same credit card on file. The balance is non refundable 24 before scheduled pick-up time.
