Airport Service Cancellation

Airport Service early/late hours $50 surcharge before 6:00am & after 9:00pm.
Airport Service Cancellation must be made 24hours prior to scheduled pick up to avoid the Full Charge. Other Events like Weddings, Proms, etc. Requires 7 days advanced cancelation however Deposits are Non Refundable. Chargebacks from credit card issuing banks are subject to this policy.

Terms and Conditions:

PLEASE READ FULL TERMS BEFORE SIGNING:

No food, snacks, or smoking of any kind inside of the vehicles. Violation of this rules or Spilled Drinks will result in a $200 cleaning fee. Due to Covid No glasses provided in Limousines-Client can bring their own.  We keep our vehicles in pristine condition & we expect passengers to keep vehicle clean to avoid cleaning fee. Please use recycling bags provided inside of the limousinesRates provided over the phone are an initial estimate of the cost of the service Does Not include Fuel charge & gratuity. Gratuity can be paid in Cash to the driver.   In case of Sickness the service will be terminated without any refunds plus $1000 for Sanizitation & Downtime of the Limousine. It is customer's responsibility to review the reservation for accuracy and to contact us for any corrections. Any overtime or additional service will be billed at the end. Hourly service: If 15 mins pass the hour, it'll be a full hour charge. 

Airport Service early/late hours $45 surcharge before 6:00am & after 8:00pm. Gratuity Not included in the base rates. Cancelation Fee 50%. Non cash payment fee is 5%.

 

COVID-19-Safety Precautions:

Due to COVID-19, we NO longer provide any glassware in the limousines. You may bring your own glasses or solo cups. Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each ride. 

Driving & Road Conditions:

We do not drive on dirt roads. This includes some Temecula Wineries. Our drivers always come prepared with the route and directions to your destination, we want our passengers to be as comfortable as possible without worrying about needing to direct their driver. So please No Back Seat Drivers, unless driver requests for directions.

We are not responsible for any delays due to road conditions, traffic jams, or weather conditions.

Confirmation/Rates/Cancelation:

It is the customers responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy and to call us for any corrections. Rates provided over the phone are an initial estimate of the cost of the service plus 20% gratuity. Cancellations must be made over the phone and with a live agent at least 7 days in advance for Refundable Deposits.

Cancellations made the day before or the day of will be charged the full amount. Please refrain from sending emails to cancel as they can be lost or missed. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to this policy.
