Changes will be accepted as to availability of vehicles,if the original contract is alternated the alternation changes will be charged to credit card Cancellations will be recieved forty-eight (48) hours in advance.Deposits are non-refundable. AIRPORT PICK UP. If you cannot locate your driver,change flights,you must call (248) 417 6757 or client will be charged full payment We canot accept responsibilty for flight delays,lost luggage,mechanical problems. We will however grant one half hour{1/2} grace period before stand by charges will be applied.

Ground Transportation Contractual Agreement
1. Changes will be accepted as to availability of vehicles. If client alters the original contract, the alterations will be made (upon request) and all applicable charges will be applied to the client's credit card.
2. Cancellations must be received forty-eight (24) hours in advance for all as directed services. airport pick up is a no refund once reservation is made. Should a cancellation occur, Dynasty will issue a credit for all advanced fees. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. Charges are in U.S. currency and will be applied to credit card at the time reservation is made. Additionally, time incurred at client's request will be automatically charged to client's credit card. This includes stand-by
4. In the event of unforeseeable occurrences, Dynasty reserves the right to substitute equipment or to refund in full the original amount of charge(s).
5. Client is responsible for his/her articles brought into the vehicle. Additionally, client will be responsible for any damage to vehicle incurred by them or members of their party.
6. The client or his/her agent has agreed to the terms and conditions of the contract and has the proper authorization to sign. All parties are aware of applicable charges.
7. The signature below authorizes a credit card to be charges for payment unless payment is made via cash, check, or money order. In the event you are unable to contact your driver, please call 248.417-6757 or 248-248-223-0944 avoid additionally charges. or no show charge.
