For all corporate transfers and airport transfers 25% of the fare will be charged for cancellations made within 12 hrs prior to pick up time and 50% of the fare will be charged if the cancellation is within 6 hours prior to pick up time. However, cancellations for any chartered services, including but not limited to winery tours, city tours, weddings, cocktails, proms, and birthdays, need to be made 48 hours before the reserved pick up time. The client and or passenger agrees that their credit card will be charged 25% of the total estimated base price if a cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time and they will be charged 50% of the total estimated base price if the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Corporate Limousine Services or C.L.S., will not be responsible for any expense and or damages incured in the event of any passenger's damaged, lost, stolen items or garments or personal belongings from any provided vehicles. Corporate Limousine Services will not be responsible for any expense and or damages due to missed flights or appointments of any client and or passenger. In the event of any accident causing harm or death of any client and or passenger, C.L.S. will not be liable for any additional costs incured by any client and or passenger, above and beyond the liability insurance coverage provided at that time. In the event that Corporate Limousine Services farms out or out sources any partial or full reservation to any company, C.L.S. will not be liable for any harm, accidents, damages, missed appointments or any problems which may occur with that company.
