Waiver of Liability / Contract
By submitting your credit card, you are authorizing a  charge for a non refundable deposit and or full payment  for your limousine reservation. All deposits are non refundable. Any reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up time will be charged 100% of limousine service reservation. Client is responsible for notifying company of  any flight delays 1 hour  prior to pick up time. Failure to notify the company prior to  airport arrival will result in 100% charge of limousine service. Card holder will be charged for any damages imposed on vehicle by any  passengers. Supplies removed from vehicle, such items as decanters $25.00, glasses missing or broken $20.00, headliner damage $800.00, excessive trash $75.00, and regurgitation $300.00. Any passengers smoking in the vehicle will be charged $300. Glasses and Napkins in the limo are for decoration only. if either are used credit card on file will be charged $50. However we do keep cups and napkins for your use upon request. We are not responsible for personal property left in vehicle. Which includes but not limited to cash, jewelry, negotiable instruments, keys,cameras,cell phones. Ace Limos will not deduct or give discounts for cars bieng late to pick ups up to a amount of 30 min for reasons that are out of our control such as traffic, weather, car breaking down. If a car is late picking you up the time will start once you have been picked up. All of your time allocated in your reservation will be given to you on the back end. If a car needs a repair you will give Ace Limos the opportunity to replace the car with a eqaul type vehicle.  If trash is left in the vehicle a $25-$75 charge will be added to the credit card on file. By submitting your credit card to Ace Limousine Service you agree to a open charge on your credit card such as Deposit, balance of your charges for your reservation, damage to vehicle ( spills, trash, broken glasses, and charges for time that goes over your reserved scheduled time. The driver has the right to end the run at any time for misconduct in the car, such as smoking, fighting or any one of your guest regurgitating. No refunds will be givin if the driver ends the run early for misconduct. Any overage in time will be charged at the end of the run. Ace Limos requires a 20% gratuity for your driver. You have the option to tip in cash or by credit card. If you choose to tip in cash and dont tip the minimum of 20% the difference will be charged to the credit card on file. By submitting your credit card you agree to the terms and conditions of this contract and release Ace Limousines Service from any chargebacks from your credit card company or bank.
